TRAINEES
The challenges face by the hospitality industry in Nepal is lack of trained and experienced manpower. To give practical on the job work experience to desired candidate, the Soaltee Crowne Plaza has come up with the scheme of Departmental Trainees. Applications are invited from candidates who have the necessary educational qualification and six month to a year of industry exposure in their respective field.
Those selected would undergo a one year of work experience and training in their trade. On successful completion would be awarded training work experience certificate. Necessary stipend & meals on duty would be provided during the course of this training period.
Departmental trainees required in the following departments-
1. Engineering- Plumber (two)
2. Front Office- Guest Relations Officers (Two)
3. Food Production (Two)
4. Food & Beverage Service (Two)
