As a delivery center assistant, you will ensure delivery operations are running smoothly and provide support to workers. You will be responsible for Worker Support, Facility Management, Basic IT Support, Office Environment Management, etc. Your work will be based in Kathmandu, Nepal with a work schedule of 8-hour shifts (5 days a week) anytime between 2:45 pm-6:45 am. You will handle the logistics of day-today running of our delivery center, assist the People Operations team with CloudWorker support and ensuring we there is a fun and pleasant working environment for everyone. You will even be equipped to do some basic IT support yourself but will have the back-up from our IT team when things go beyond your control. You will also be trained in basic safety and emergency response so that you can keep people safe while help arrives.
If you strongly believe that you can make our CloudWorkers' life easier at the delivery center, you are the one! You will be the point person for almost everything at the delivery center. You will ensure that everything is running smoothly and be on alert for any possible issues, therefore you will succeed in this role if you naturally enjoy mingling with people. Although you work 5 days a week, you will need to work during Saturday and Sunday, which we understand, might not be for everyone.
