  • Follow up for loan recover
  • Meet the customer to recover loan
  • Remind the customer regarding their loan limits
  • Took the legal action if needed
  • Co-ordinate with Loan and Credit supervisor

Job Specification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle customer
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; Bachelor's will be a plus
