To generate, prepare and verify report and forward it to customer service in-charge
To manage daily roster and maintain occupancy plan
Coordinate with different departments to provide proper solution to customer
Required Competencies:
BBA/BBS or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory position preferably in a call center
Leadership abilities with positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
Proficient in MS Office package
