Job Description
To take care of all incoming calls in Retail Support Department.
To interact with customers to provide solution to their problems and response to their inquiries, concerns, and requests about Internet service.
To follow standard processes and procedures set by the company.
To forward calls or move tickets to concern department or Support.
To follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
To take care of clients grievances and report to supervisor if necessary.
To create ticket of every call entertained and update with necessary information in company’s MIS.
To monitor Classic Tech’s links i.e. switches, Pops etc and inform the issues to concerns.
To report supervisor on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Other duties and responsibilities will be as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Specification
Should have two wheelers bike and license.
Flexible to work in Timing.
Should have good communication skills.
