Customer Service -Team Leader Senior Level

Job Description

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the setting up of telephone marketing system, and advertising, recruitment and training of telemarketers, and checking the quality of sales, while also taking part in telemarketing activities.

As experienced team leader, you will need to have knowledge of equipment and software related to telemarketing.

Naturally, you will need to be highly motivated and be able to motivate others to ensure that targets are met regularly.

Job Specification

• Extensive experience in telemarketing/team leading
• Previous experience in telephone marketing of IT services is an advantage
• Must have exceptional English and telephone communicating skills
• Confident and energetic personality
• Technical background in IT (highly desirable)   
• Confident in selling products and services   
• Confident in making presentations to groups
• Can achieve KPI’s and monthly targets
