We are in the process of hiring few highly skilled, dynamic, result oriented, multi talented staffs for the position of "Customer Service Representative", CSR. Ideal candidate should be good looking, have very good command in both English and Nepali Language with pleasing and smart personality.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints and problems.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
Job Specification
Should be smart with positive attitude.
Should have good communication and convincing skill.
Should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali
Should be enthusiastic, ambitious and self-confident
Should have Good Documentation and reporting skills.
Should have Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Should have good Computer skill (MS Office, Excel and Email/Internet)
