Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies
  • Assists with complaints, orders, delivery, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Sell products and services over the phone
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Work with subscription sales representative to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Compile reports on customer complain

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Management with 2 years experience in similar field

Requirement/Skills

  • Good communication skills, both in English and Nepal
  • Proficiency in computers
  • Must possess the skill to work both in teams and also perform independently
  • Good telephone etiquette and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and during odd timings
  • Highly self motivated, young and energetic
