The Customer Service & Experience Head is responsible for overall customer service of the company in achieving the company goal of engaged & happy customers. CSEH is responsible for an excellent process of new customer on boarding & overall experience of existing customers.
Qualification: MBA
Experience: 15+ years with relevant experience in service industry. Must have worked as Customer Service Head earlier.
