DUTIES
ï‚· Manage large amounts of incoming call and generate sales leads ï‚· Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
ï‚· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
ï‚· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
ï‚· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
ï‚· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
ï‚· Take the extra mile to engage customers

REQUIREMENTS
ï‚· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
ï‚· Track record of over-achieving quota.
ï‚· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
ï‚· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
ï‚· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
ï‚· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
ï‚· Minimum bachelor’s degree.
