Job Description

  • Call prospective customers on daily basis to collect information, complains, suggestions about products
  • Receive and manage inbound customer care helpline and respond effectively to the customers
  • Forward complaints and suggestions received to concerned authorities for corrective action
  • Prepared weekly report and submit to the supervisor
