Welcome and greet the visitors in the showroom
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Provide customers with quotations
Gather customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Assist the sales team in boosting sales and performance
Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains

Previous experience of min 3 years in a customer support role ideally in automobile industry
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Learning attitude
Proficient in MS-Office
Female candidates are preferred
