Job Description    

• Drive the existing Customer Accounts Team.
• Assist in strategic development of existing accounts within our customers.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent and effective communication between company and its customers including timely feedback of customer concerns.
• Responsible for negotiating and putting in place legal agreements with existing customers.
• Maintain effective relationships with company personnel and customers.
• Utilize, review and update the client database
• Analyze sales and outstanding data 
• Develop structure for regular account reconciliation with our customers
• Develop management reporting format for customer accounts

Other Specification    

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (specifically in MS Excel), E-mail & Internet
• Good verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with out of the box problem solving approach.
• Ability to handle demanding working environment.
