Summary:

The U.S. Mission in Kathmandu, Nepal is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Custodial Supervisor. This vacancy is open to all interested applicants.

The work schedule for this position is Full Time (40 hours per week). 

Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Job Specification

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Two years of custodial or janitorial experience in a reputable organization is required.  One year of experience in supervising a custodial/ janitorial workforce is also required.

KNOWLEDGE:  Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and products is required. General understanding of the local government regulation on waste management is required.  

Education Requirements:

Completion of Secondary Education is required.

Evaluations:

These may be tested (Language, Skills, and Abilities).

LANGUAGE:  Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.  Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing Nepali is required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) is required.
