Job Description
Working Hour: Rotational within three shifts (6AM – 2PM, 2PM– 10PM, (10PM –6AM 4 days a week)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inquiries obtained
Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints
Ascertain problem or reason for calling and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Follow up on interactions
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, by communicating and coordinating with internal different departments
Job Specification
Must have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
Knowledge of computer applications and technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting would be a plus
