MBA in Finance/ Accounts from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those with additional professional qualifications
Min. 5-7 years of experience in corporate relationship management and lending strong risk analytical approach & skills
To ensure that the quality of the corporate credit portfolio in the Company is maintained within acceptable parameters, as defined by the Credit Policy and Portfolio Standards (PS)
Exercise risk control responsibility for Credit Risk in corporate portfolio as per the NRB guide line
Formulating and obtaining approval of company Credit Policy/ Underwriting Standards
Monitoring compliance with Credit Policy, Company Portfolio Standards, Portfolio Targets and Business Strategy on a monthly/ quarterly basis
Timely submission with accuracy of credit portfolio data to the CFO & GM
Ensure compliance to the Risk Management Framework
Implementing and compliance of all applicable rules, regulations, policy and procedures effectively in the risk management of the credit portfolio as per the NRB guideline & company credit policy
Properly motivate the credit and collections staff
Measure department performance with appropriate metrics
