Job Description

• Handling the call of customers and dealing with the delegates visiting the office
• Respond to all queries and requests for assistance from candidates and other visitors to the practice as appropriate. 
• Interviews candidates or his/her representative and obtains complete, accurate, personal, demographic and financial information necessary for admission.
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation. 
• Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.

Job Specification

Should have good communication skills to counsel individuals.

Should have knowledge of  computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet photoshop)  with English and Nepali Typing will be given preference.

Should have patience while dealing with customers

Should be creative enough for designing advertisement

Should have outgoing personality with good PR

Following up with clients and preparing daily reports to submit to the director
