1. Learn the in an outs of Flexible Packaging business
2. Learn the art of die making and color separation in packaging products
3. Conduct market research of FMCG consumer goods and report to seniors
4. Once training in complete:
o Initiating sales to corporate houses by scheduling appointments and conducting field visits
o Receiving/Sending proposal to/from clients and proceed further as per requirements
o Searching for potential clients through cold calls and market research
o Handling the call of customers and dealing with the customers visiting the office
o Following up with clients and preparing daily reports to submit to the seniors
5. Updating the database of clients periodically
6. Making follow ups for the payment collection and ensuring that the payments are collected timely
7. Ensuring the clients receive proper service regarding delivery and status of orders
8. Carrying out tender procedures such as initiating search through mails and newspaper, filling the tenders, following up of tenders and fulfilling required procedures after finalizing the tenders
9. Filing the documents of tender, quotation, references, purchase order, project, etc.
10. Carrying out of appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest manner
11. Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
At least Bachelors pass with specialization in marketing. Medical Representatives will be given preference
At least two years of experience in sales department preferably in electronic goods, cars, motorbikes or trading companY
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
Should have good communication skills
Should have patience while dealing with customers
Should have skills in tackling questions of the customers and clients
Should be confident and have ability to take quick decisions
