Job Description
Execute the consulting contract.
Continuously seeks to improve design, project management & outcomes.
Monitor the whole plan, execute project activities and programs prepared by Team Leader and insured that construction progress being timely for the successful plant commissioning on time.
Overall management of Construction Supervision Team
Prepare and implement human resources plan, policies, structure and rules required for the construction supervision of the project.
Recruit, lead and facilitate project team for the achievement of project design and construction goals.
Effectively utilize of human resource.
