The candidate for this job position requires an ability to support and enhance end-to-end business processes with experience in process mapping and process reengineering in areas including, but not limited to current business processes and business systems integration.
The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with an aptitude for end-to-end process definition, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
The candidate is expected to direct and implement the Bank's innovative research and development objectives and initiatives towards the achievement of strategic goals, research, and development.
The candidate must have attended the final examination of Chartered Accountancy from ICAN/ICAI.
The candidate must have complete the required article-ship as prescribed by the ICAN/ICAI.
