The CMCO should be undergraduate (in case of two-year Bachelors program, a Masters is required) in any discipline with at least three years experience of having led teams in the visual media. Knowledge of Nepali media landscape and utilizing social media for a targeted output as well as media monitoring skills is a must.

Antenna Foundation Nepal (AFN) is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit making organization dedicated to the development of public service broadcasting in Nepal. AFN is in an ideal position to raise critical social issues among wider audience and also act as advocates and agents of change at the national, community and individual level. For the purpose, AFN mainly focuses production of innovative and high quality radio and TV programs for raising public awareness and positive behavioural change, and the training and technical support to local FM stations to better reach local and rural communities in a two way communication: disseminating information and getting their voices heard. AFN especially partners with local FM stations to give a local flavour and relevance to the issues and to broadcast the radio program.
