Position Title: Consultant – Training and Capacity Development

Context:
IOM Nepal in coordination with National TB Center has been implementing the TB REACH project to cater the TB services for aspiring migrants who are screened for tuberculosis from private pre-departure health assessment centres. IOM Nepal is seeking qualified professionals to provide overall support in implementation of TB REACH project especially to take the responsibility of training and capacity development related activities in coordination with the IOM, National Tuberculosis Center, Department of Foreign Employment and various other stakeholders directly related to the project. In addition, the consultant will assist the research team to carry out pre-and post-test, knowledge management, attitude and practice questionnaire -- introduce and collect information, drafting case stories and qualitative studies in line with proposed project indicators.
Objectives:
To support IOM in conducting training and capacity development activities of the project, knowledge management and reporting in line with proposed project indicators.
