Consortium Manager (based in Kathmandu)
Key responsibilities:
The Consortium Manager (CM) will be responsible for overall supervision, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of donor strategies and consortium activities for the DFID funded WASH project. S/he will oversee all project administration, financial management and human resource development according to CARE’s policies, donor rules and regulations, framework partnership agreement, and grant agreement between the consortium and donor. S/he will also help facilitate the integration of the project with CARE’s longer-term development programming.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in management, engineering or development studies. A minimum of 8-10 years of WASH programming, preferably in emergency recovery, in multiple contexts, including remote rural locations.
