Job Description
- Attending telephonic support requests relating technical issues and general inquiries.
- Visiting and providing necessary support to customers at their premises.
- Create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis.
- Coordinating with other departments for effective service delivery.
Job Specification
- Should have very pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Sound Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of desktop computer and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Router, switch, Access Point, Network devices etc.
- Knowledge of Email client application (MS Outlook, Windows Mail etc).
- Knowledge of Network Installation and Network Management.
- Knowledge of File Backup and Data recovery.
- Knowledge of Printer setup and sharing.
- Training and certification courses in related field is preferred.
- Able to work in pressure and sometime in odd time also.
- Ability to set priorities and work independently.
