Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited, an ISO certified and one of the leading life Insurance Company of Nepal since 2001 is seeking applications for the below mentioned positions from dedicated, result oriented, experienced and ambitious candidates for the post of Company Secretary and Legal Officer.

Position: Company Secretary

Academic Qualification and Work Experience: (A) he/she should possess professional certificate of Company Secretary issued by authorized native or foreign body with minimum 2 years' experience in financial institution. OR (B) Minimum Bachelor's in Law/Chartered Accountant degree from recognized body with at least 3 years' experience in Insurance Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting meetings of the Board. Committee and Shareholders.
• Preparing minutes and finalizing agendas of the meeting.
• Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice.
• Ensure that policies are up to date and are approved.
• Implementing systems to help ensure good management within the organization.
• Good communication skill (written & verbal) in Nepali and English.

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on 14^th April, 2021.
