Organisation & Management |
With Youth lLeaders, ensure the smooth running of extra activities and daily life organization within the center |

Inducement of Youth skills |
Empower all Youth on the running of the center during their rest time Support the Youth Leaders in the implementation of activities Be willing to support Youth in their skills development (English speaking, problem solving oriented, teamspirit, non violent communication, initiative taking, proactive mindset) In charge of the E-learning sessions (Digital Inc) implementation and follow up with Youth. |

Benefits
Life in Community [mandatory] : Housing (personal room with common space to share with others volunteers) and basic food on site is provided.
Final pay will be paid through check/bank transfer on the 25th of each month.
Will be taken in charge by LP4Y of your expenses if you need to travel as and when required for Project Purpose.
Social Security Fund provided
Working Schedule:
Working time : about 40h/week
Work days :Friday to Wednesday based on 8 hours/day
Holidays : 2 days / month + 8 days blank holidays
