Job Description

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science/Rural Development/any related field;
  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience in Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and Disability Rehabilitation work or in Inclusive Development work with related trainings; OR
  • Diploma in Community Health and Development;
  • Minimum 5 years’ of work experience in rural development work or 2 years’ work experience in CBR program;
  • Ability to understand the situation of People with Disabilities (PWD) and their families and have empathy towards PWDs;
  • Willingness and ability to work remote areas and challenging environment;
  • Good coaching, mentoring, capacity building, training and facilitation skills;
  • Good computer skills and communication skills in Nepali and English language, both in written and verbal
