Job Description

This is a fully field based position. Persons are responsible to be mobilized in the community and ensure that the beneficiaries are timely taking medicine, provide community based awareness promotional activities. Also responsible to identify whether the persons in the community are in need of counseling support, medical support or both in coordination with psychosocial counselor and track the progress of intervention on regular basis. Work to form and mobilize self help groups in the project areas.

Job Specification

• Minimum intermediate/+2 level and 10 days training on community mobilization with 1 years work experience in the similar field.
• Ability to work in difficult situation in the rural setting
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work in the community
