Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a not-for-profit company engaged in social marketing of family planning, maternal-child health, and other health products in Nepal to improve the national health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services. Nepal CRS is looking for the following position for its anticipated project on MOMENTUM Private Healthcare Delivery (MPHD) Nepal.
The MPHD Nepal project goal is to start a successful business model for the private sector to provide quality FP services to adolescents and others in Nepal. MIIPD/Nepal will focus interventions on selected clusters of municipalities in Province 2 and Karnali Province.

Job Responsibilities:
Take lead role to create an overall corporate / programmatic communication strategy and a yearly communication work plan
Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience
Work closely with all concerned departments, and staff to own, implement and monitor the communication strategy and communication plan. Ensure that all CRS employees disseminate consistent messages about CRS externally
Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services
Compile, edit and finalize reports (Quarterly, Annually and other), presentations, Project Factsheet, Project success stories etc. for timely and effective communications with stakeholders
Use other social media appropriately to enhance CRS’s visibility as an organization with consent from Managing Director
Effectively coordinate with other departments to assist them in preparing contents, presentation and summary, manage and timely update of Sangini Application as per client feedback regarding the outlook of application.
Collaborate with program team for the donor reporting requirements including quarterly, annual and other communication materials as per specific donor. Provide guidance to all staff contributing to the reports on formatting and style as per project requirement.
Ensure that all reports and deliverables are properly formatted, edited and meets the required quality standards of specific project prior to submission
Provide content inputs as appropriate and take a lead in writing, revising /final editing and polishing the technical content for reports

The Nepal Contraceptive Retail Sales (CRS) Project was established in July 1976. Its status was formally acknowledged by the Ministry of Finance in 1978. Financial support was provided by USAID through Westinghouse Electric Inc, USA.
The social marketing of Dhaal, Nepal’s first male contraceptive, was inaugurated by
Princess Prekshya in May 1978. These condoms were sold through 55 outlets in Kathmandu and generated significant sales from the outset. The project introduced Nepal’s first condom vending machine in Kathmandu in 1980.
