The Cluster M&E officer must be a good team player, have good creative analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural, post-conflict environment. We encourage the application of women, janajatis and those from disadvantaged communities.
S/he should also have
Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree and experience in development/agriculture related projects.
Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in monitoring and evaluation for agriculture or community development assistance programs in Nepal. Preference will be given to those with USAID experience and/or work with a contractor or international NGO managing M&E for program(s) of similar complexity and scale.
