Post Title: Cluster Finance Officer
Work Location: Nepalgunj, Banke
Purpose of the job:
The job holder is responsible to lead the Cluster Finance for the effective and efficient financial management, planning and reporting of the Cluster as well as by districts under the respective Cluster. This includes staff support and supervision of the Cluster/District finance, ensure the proper implementation of the financial policies and procedures, timely accounting and reporting, supporting in donor funding analysis, proposal writing, network and coordination both internally and externally.
