Clinical Supervisor/Program Officer Mid Level

Job Description

The position will be based in Kathmandu with frequent field visit in the project areas. S/he will be responsible to technical support and quality assurance of project in close coordination with program manager and chairperson. S/he will also be responsible in smooth implementation of project activities in the respective districts. S/he will also liaise with thematic leads of the project (clinical supervision and counseling) and also be responsible in project planning, monitoring and reporting.

Job Specification

• Master Degree in Clinical Psychology with at least 3 years' of work experience in the similar field
• Provide technical support to field staffs and handle the severe cases of mental health and psychosocial issues
• Having knowledge and skill in training design and facilitation
• Eager to work with the persons with mental health and psychosocial issues
• Sound communication and coordination skill (excellent in written spoken skills in English and Nepali)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
