Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Research for opportunities for further sales within key clients and drive sales.
Attending meetings with clients to resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.

Working closely with all departments and clients to develop a positive customer relationship journey with the organization, ensuring maximum profitability.
Monitor and optimize work process to ensure smooth flow of operations and maximum efficiency at work.
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Planning and delivering strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
Updating the company database and ensuring team is aware of changes within clients.
Achieving/Exceeding targets and KPIs as set by CMO.
Regular reporting of all the activities.
