Job Specification:

• Mid-Career overseer having civil work experience of 5-7 years.

Job description:

• Oversee maintenance and construction activities; allocate resources both labor and materials on a day to day basis.
• Schedule asset inspections work in accordance to government and institutional rules and regulations.
• Report and carry out unplanned tasks as necessary.
• Ensure Environmental Protection measures required on the job are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Conduct financial and operational assessment in consultation with staff and agreed control measures are implemented and complied.
• Ensure Work Health and Safety is practiced in the workplace in accordance with relevant safety standards and government Policy.
