· Facilitate project planning sessions to develop project schedules and identify critical path.
· Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipments and labor to determine project feasibility.
· Study, filling and submission of bid documents of different new projects.
· Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety and sanitation standards.
· Overview and enforcement of all project quality management procedures.
· Reporting and recording of variation/ delays and progress of the project as instructed by Project Manager.
Implementing all instructions/ orders determined by the Project Manager.
· Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills along with project management skills.
· Should be able to understand the client requirements and effectively develop and implement it.
· Should have strong communication and leadership skills.
· Should have proficiency in using Auto CAD, MS office and other technical tools.
Should be willing to work flexible hours
