Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of MBA or MBS Degree/CA from a recognized University.
• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience with at least 5 years experience at managerial position.
• Age not exceeding 45 years as on application deadline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Introduce and implement effective risk management practices for credit risk, market risk, operation risk,liquidity risk and other banking risks.
• Take responsibility of financial aspect of company.
• Manage and oversee the required interfaces between the company and the government and/or stakeholders.
• Review existing by-laws, policies and manuals of the company and prepare and recommend changes if there are any inconsistencies.
• Keep the CEO fully informed concerning the performances of the company.
• Review and report regularly to the CEO.
