1. This position involves into both upstream and downstream business of oil & gas industry.
2. Tracking/Downloading new tenders of Clients; ( Daily)
3. Tracking/Downloading the updates of the existing tenders of Clients; ( Daily)
4. Sending tenders(new/existing) report and work report;
5. Communication and coordination with local Agents;
6. Accompanying Chinese Colleagues in their work, meetings with clients/partners;
7. Support in making new Clients/Agents, and exploring new markets;
8. Development of new Clients/Agents, new markets independently;
9. Uploading essential documents for pre-qualification/ bank guarantee/ bidding on the tender system;
10. Bank guarantees management and collection;
11. This position, as the case may be, also requires short term business travel;
12. Any other tasks assigned by office.
