We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Chief Implementation Officer (CIO) to lead and oversee the implementation of our cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless deployment of our software for clients, monitor its performance, and maintain proactive communication with clients to address their needs and concerns. This is a pivotal role that bridges our technical team and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful software utilization.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

• Software Implementation: Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of software for clients, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly check and assess the performance and functionality of implemented software to ensure optimal usage.
• Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients to track how the software is functioning, gather feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Training and Support: Facilitate user training sessions for clients and their teams to ensure smooth adoption of the software.
• Improvement Initiatives: Work with the development team to suggest enhancements or modifications based on client feedback.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of implementation projects, client interactions, and performance evaluations for internal review.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably with an IT focus.
• Proven experience in software implementation, client management, or a similar role in the IT field.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and deployment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of  testing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for clients.
• Leadership and team coordination experience is a plus.
