To prepare food in accordance to guidelines of the department head.
To receive food store requisitions.
Supervise subordinates in day to day operations.
To check stock and make order sufficiently as per business volume.
To keep all working areas clean and tidy, to maintain high hygiene standards required by law and company policy.
To maintain effective communication with other section in the kitchen and F&B department.
Follow & implement the company policies & procedures.
Continually seek opportunities to develop self and applicable subordinates.
Implement any other duties assigned by the department head.
Required skills and qualifications:
BHM/ diploma culinary arts with 2-year experience in similar position.
+2 in management with 5-7 years of working in similar position in star/ reputed hotels
Good knowledge and cooking skills in Indian cuisine.
Must know about hygiene.
A good team player and ability to lead the department.
Ability to handle pressure and work during odd hours.
Positive and pleasant attitude.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
