Job Specification:
In-depth knowledge/experience in accounts, operation, finance, treasury and customer service.
Demonstrate management, supervisory and leadership skills
Must have an exposure and good knowledge in taxation, IFRS, NRB regulation, and an ability to work independently under pressure.
Job Description:
Analyze and review the financial data and prepare financial statements, regulatory reports, annual budget and compliance.
Oversee preparation of books of accounts, timely submission of tax returns and assessment thereof by the concerned authorities.
Ensure that fund management must be done in such a way that there should be no issue of liquidity at any point of time.
Ensure that financial control and the internal control system are in place
Ensure that internal audit and statutory audit are carried out in time and take necessary steps in minimizing the audit comments at a zero tolerance level.
Monitor the activities of accounts, operation, finance, and treasury; and customer service.
