Job Description
Analyses past trend, present dynamics and market potential and forecast aggressive business plan to meet the company objective.
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our prospects.
Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
Stay up to date with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
Communicatelatest information about products.
Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
Assist marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Develop responsive sales team who enjoys challenges and take pride in converting threat into opportunity.
Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Spotting market opportunities in new areas and networking with other prospects hardware in order to generate new business for the company.
Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
Monthly reporting on sales performance against planning and reporting on variances.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business. Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
