MBA in Finance/ Accounts from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those with additional professional qualifications like CA, ACCA, etc.
5-7 years of financial management experience in the financial sector
Advanced skills in MS Office and professional accounting software
Implement the corporate financial controls and Nepal Auditing & Accounting Standards to ensure maximum utilization of its limited financial resources within approved budgets
Approve and authorize the funding of capital and operating expense outlays for various departments in the company up to the prescribed limits beyond which they have to be presented to the GM, CEO or Board of Directors for approval
Review and enhance accounting, financial management and auditing procedures to adopt new and more cost effective methods
Provide regular reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors on the financial health of the company as per the NRB compliance and financial policy
