JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible to manage overall operation/ support systems of the Bank and improve operational effectiveness and turnaround time and enhance experience enrichments. The candidate is expected to oversee the operational/ support activities of the Branches/ Extension Counters spread across the country and supervise operation/ support managers in performing the activities effectively and efficiently. The candidate should have sound knowledge regarding operations of branches/ extension counters. Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer: Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or related field. At least three years of banking experience in related area. Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of January 29, 2020. Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager: Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals. At least 5 years of banking experience in domestic/ international banks or five years of experience in related field. Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or related field. Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years as of January 29, 2020.
