Capacity Building Specialist
Providing training and otherwise build the capacity of local implementing partners and local government officials to improve the effectiveness of performance management through communication, education workshops, and research to implement service delivery and quality improvements. Provides vision, leadership and state-of-the-art proven practices in the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical training services.
Qualification requirements:
Masters in Education or related field with 8+ years' training experience in health system RMNCH/FP capacity building.
