Job Title: Call Operator
Level: Assistant
Department: Operations – Japan Department

Roles/Responsibilities
- Handling and answer incoming calls from Japan and respond to customers.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
- Provide good service information to customers.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualities/Skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Japan return candidates will be given preference.
- Should be fluent in Nepali, English and Japanese language.
- Must have basic knowledge of computer
Experience/Qualification
- Intermediate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Fresher’s can apply but experienced candidate from related field will be given preference.
