Sewa Sansar is a social business which trains urban migrants, mainly women and youth, in housekeeping and provides a platform to find them employment.

As an staff of the company, s/he will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, providing information related to the company products and services.  S/he will be supporting the management with online database management, basic business accounting, product development and customer relationship management.

Job Specification

1. Database management of clients
2. Keep up-to-date with orders from the clients, making sure that the orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining quality standards.
3. Support the management with business development by providing relevant data
4. Handle customer enquires through emails and phones and provide excellent customer service
5. Handle basic business accounting such as petty cash, updating income-expense logbook.
