About the role
We are looking for a competent Business Development Manager to provide support to the overall areas of business development in the organisation that adds value and impact and to provide strategic inputs. S/he shall support to oversee areas of donor intelligence, project design, proposal development, fundraising, donor reporting, ensuring internal compliance and strengthen organisational profile. You will manage strategic relationships with donors, partners, governments and other stakeholders.
About you
You are experienced and have proven analytical skills and the ability to think strategically in relation to business and programme development. You have knowledge of international development scenarios and a good understanding of current donor trends and their implications on business development. You have experience of interpreting donor policies and guidelines and producing and/or making recommendations for producing high quality proposals and reports. You have excellent negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
