Sewa Sansar is a social business which trains urban migrants, mainly women and youth, in housekeeping and provides a platform to find them employment.

As an staff of the company, s/he will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, providing information related to the company products and services.  S/he will be supporting the management with online database management, basic business accounting, product development and customer relationship management.

Job Specification

• Database management of clients
• Keep up-to-date with orders from the clients, making sure that the orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Support the management with business development by providing relevant data
• Handle customer enquires through emails and phones and provide excellent customer service
• Handle basic business accounting such as petty cash, updating income-expense logbook.
