Formulate potential visit/call plan
Customer calling, brief/ explain customers about schemes/activities
Formulate an action plan against the CSI, Collect CSI from all customers.
Ensure all marketing tools and information are available with outlets and AROs.
Plan, market and execute events to boost Spare Parts sales and customer's footfall in Workshop.
Ensure timely survey reports regarding competitors are provided.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction is maximized through timely communication and rectification of issues at earliest.
Ensure Liquidation of Nonmoving Parts by contacting Beyond Warranty machines.
