Job Description

Be available for about 2-3 hours/week on meeting with the IT team in USA and India Summarize the application development process and follow up with the development team

• Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to the business
• Manage and support requirements related to IT application service delivery
• Participate in "pushing" analysis and process improvement projects. Ensures proper operations follow through and identifies operational opportunities to improve services
• Provide analysis and project management support to enable and drive cost savings and measure compliance
• Develop and provide ad hoc reports to meet one-time and evolving information needs in efficient and consistent manner
